These Agent Terms and Conditions ("Agent Terms") govern your use of the Itinerax platform as a registered travel agent or agency. By registering as an agent on Itinerax, you agree to these Agent Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Itinerax offers three subscription tiers for agents:
Individual Agent — £3.99/month
For a single independent travel agent acting alone. One person operating under their own name or sole trader business. Does not cover multiple agents working under the same subscription.
Agency — £25/month (early adopter price)
For agencies with up to 10 agents. A shared handle routes all enquiries to a central agency inbox. This pricing is offered as an early adopter rate and is subject to change with 30 days notice.
Enterprise — £75/month
For larger agencies with more than 10 agents. Unlimited agents under one subscription with a custom branded handle.
Itinerax reserves the right to upgrade your account to a higher tier if usage exceeds the scope of your current tier, with reasonable notice before any change in billing.
Your Itinerax agent subscription provides:

Itinerax is a lead generation and planning tool only — bookings are made entirely at your discretion and under your own agency agreements.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise Itinerax to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
Pricing may be updated for new subscribers with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Existing subscribers are grandfathered on the price at which they originally signed up and will not be subject to price increases unless they cancel and resubscribe.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies it will be added at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting itinerax@proton.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access and your agent link remains active until then.
If a subscription payment fails or is not renewed, your agent link will be deactivated. Any client who visits your personal link after deactivation will be redirected to the main itinerax.app homepage. Your slug will be reserved for 30 days after lapsing, after which it may be reassigned.
Itinerax does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
By registering as an agent you confirm that:
When a traveller submits a booking enquiry via your agent link, their personal data (name, email, phone, trip details) is transmitted to your registered email address. You become an independent data controller for that data from the point of receipt.
You are responsible for handling that data lawfully, including providing your own privacy notice to clients, retaining data only as long as necessary, and responding to any data subject requests.
Itinerax does not store client enquiry data beyond the email transaction and is not responsible for how you handle data once received.
Itineraries generated through Itinerax may include affiliate links to third-party booking platforms. Commission earned through these links is retained by Itinerax and is separate from any commission you earn through your own professional booking systems.
Your subscription fee is not affected by affiliate commission earnings on either side.
You may not:
Itinerax reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent account that breaches these terms, with immediate effect where the breach is serious.
Itinerax is a planning and lead generation tool. We are not responsible for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of one month's subscription fee.
We may update these Agent Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
