Agent Terms & Conditions

These Agent Terms and Conditions ("Agent Terms") govern your use of the Itinerax platform as a registered travel agent or agency. By registering as an agent on Itinerax, you agree to these Agent Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Itinerax offers three subscription tiers for agents:

Itinerax reserves the right to upgrade your account to a higher tier if usage exceeds the scope of your current tier, with reasonable notice before any change in billing.

Your Itinerax agent subscription provides:

• A unique personal link in the format itinerax.app/plan?agent=yourslug
• Automatic routing of all client booking enquiries submitted via your link to your registered email address
• Access to the full AI itinerary generation platform for use with clients
• Unlimited client enquiries per month

Your subscription does not include exclusive territorial rights, guaranteed lead volumes, or any guarantee of commission earnings. Itinerax is a lead generation and planning tool only — bookings are made entirely at your discretion and under your own agency agreements.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise Itinerax to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.

Pricing may be updated for new subscribers with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Existing subscribers are grandfathered on the price at which they originally signed up and will not be subject to price increases unless they cancel and resubscribe.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies it will be added at the applicable rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting itinerax@proton.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access and your agent link remains active until then.

If a subscription payment fails or is not renewed, your agent link will be deactivated. Any client who visits your personal link after deactivation will be redirected to the main itinerax.app homepage. Your slug will be reserved for 30 days after lapsing, after which it may be reassigned.

Itinerax does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

By registering as an agent you confirm that:

• You are a qualified travel agent or operate within a legitimate travel business
• You hold any licences, registrations or memberships required to sell travel in your jurisdiction (e.g. ATOL, ABTA, or equivalent)
• You will handle all client data you receive via Itinerax in compliance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection law
• You will not misrepresent Itinerax-generated itineraries as your own independently researched work without appropriate disclosure
• You will not use the platform to generate itineraries for purposes other than genuine client travel bookings
• You are responsible for verifying all information in AI-generated itineraries before presenting them to clients or making bookings based on them

When a traveller submits a booking enquiry via your agent link, their personal data (name, email, phone, trip details) is transmitted to your registered email address. You become an independent data controller for that data from the point of receipt.

You are responsible for handling that data lawfully, including providing your own privacy notice to clients, retaining data only as long as necessary, and responding to any data subject requests.

Itinerax does not store client enquiry data beyond the email transaction and is not responsible for how you handle data once received.

Itineraries generated through Itinerax may include affiliate links to third-party booking platforms. Commission earned through these links is retained by Itinerax and is separate from any commission you earn through your own professional booking systems.

Your subscription fee is not affected by affiliate commission earnings on either side.

You may not:

• Share your agent link in a way that misrepresents its purpose or the Itinerax platform
• Use the platform to generate bulk itineraries for scraping, resale or any automated commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate the Itinerax platform
• Register multiple agent accounts to circumvent the Company tier requirement

Itinerax reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent account that breaches these terms, with immediate effect where the breach is serious.

Itinerax is a planning and lead generation tool. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of AI-generated itinerary content
• Any bookings made or not made as a result of leads received through the platform
• Loss of commission or business resulting from platform downtime or changes
• Client disputes arising from bookings made using Itinerax-generated itineraries

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of one month's subscription fee.

We may update these Agent Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
